User Accounts

Account Creation

  • You must provide accurate and complete information
  • You are responsible for maintaining account security
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use our services
  • One person or entity per account

Account Responsibilities

  • Keep your password secure
  • Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
  • You are responsible for all activities under your account

Intellectual Property Rights

Your Content

  • You retain all rights to your manuscript and materials
  • You grant us a license to publish and distribute your work
  • You warrant that you own or have rights to all content provided
  • You are responsible for obtaining necessary permissions

Our Content

  • All website content is owned by AuthorsTask
  • You may not reproduce our content without permission
  • Our trademarks and logos are protected

Copyright and Ownership

Author Rights

  • Authors retain copyright to their work
  • You maintain full ownership of your manuscript
  • You can terminate distribution with written notice

Publishing Rights

  • You grant us non-exclusive rights to publish and distribute
  • Rights are limited to the scope of services purchased
  • Rights terminate upon service completion or cancellation

Payment Terms

Fees and Charges

  • Fees are as stated in your service agreement
  • Payment is due as specified in your contract
  • Late payments may incur additional fees
  • We reserve the right to modify fees with notice

Refunds

We reserve the right to refuse service for content that:

  • Contains illegal material

Limitation of Liability
