Summary of Refund Terms

  • No refund after ISBN/LLCN assignment or once marketing begins
  • 50% refund for requests made 11-15 days after purchase
  • Full refund for requests made within 10 days of purchase

Publishing Packages

Before ISBN or LLCN Assignment:

0-10

0-10 calendar days after purchase:

Full refund of the total purchase price, including any applicable taxes.

11-15

11-15 calendar days after purchase:

50% refund of the total purchase price, including any applicable taxes.

15+

More than 15 calendar days after purchase:

No refund (after ISBN or LLCN assignment).

After ISBN or LLCN Assignment:

No refund will be issued once an ISBN or LLCN is assigned.

Marketing Packages

Before Marketing Begins:

0-10

0-10 calendar days after purchase:

Full refund of the total purchase price, including any applicable taxes.

11-15

11-15 calendar days after purchase:

50% refund of the total purchase price, including any applicable taxes.

15+

More than 15 calendar days after purchase:

No refund (after marketing services begin).

After Marketing Services Begin:

No refund will be issued once marketing services have started.

How to Request a Refund

Processing Time

Refund requests are typically processed within 5-7 business days. Once approved, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment method and financial institution.
