Refund eligibility depends on the type of purchase, service status, and time elapsed since purchase. Refunds are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in this policy and are subject to verification of eligibility conditions.

3. Goods (Physical Products) Returns

3.1 Return Window

Customers may request cancellation or return of eligible goods within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of delivery. Delivery is defined as the date the customer or a designated third party (other than the carrier) takes possession of the goods.

  • Perishable or rapidly deteriorating goods

  • Sealed goods unsealed after delivery for hygiene or health reasons

  • Goods inseparably mixed with other items after delivery

3.5 Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and risks. We recommend insured and trackable shipping. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

3.6 Refund Processing for Goods

Approved refunds are processed within thirty (30) calendar days after receipt and verification of returned goods. Refunds are issued using the original payment method. No processing fees are charged for eligible refunds.

3.7 Gift Purchases

If marked as a gift and shipped directly to the recipient, a gift credit may be issued upon approval of the return. Otherwise, refunds are issued to the original purchaser.

4. Publishing Services Refund Policy

4.1 Eligibility Windows

  • 0–10 days: Eligible for 100% refund if no irreversible publishing action has occurred

  • 11–15 days: Eligible for 50% refund

  • After 15 days or ISBN/LCCN assignment: No refund available

4.2 Service Completion Rule

Publishing services are considered initiated or completed when an ISBN (International Standard Book Number), LCCN (Library of Congress Control Number), or equivalent publishing action has been assigned, submitted, or processed. Once initiated or completed, the service is non-refundable.

5. Marketing Services Refund Policy

5.1 Eligibility Windows

  • 0–10 days: Eligible for 100% refund if no marketing work has commenced

  • 11–15 days: Eligible for 50% refund

  • After 15 days or service initiation: No refund available

5.2 Service Initiation Definition

Marketing service initiation includes any of the following: campaign setup, strategy development, research execution, platform configuration, or active deployment of marketing assets.

6. Refund Exceptions and Discretion

Refunds outside defined eligibility periods may be granted at our sole discretion on a case-by-case basis. Such decisions are final and do not create precedent.

7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes initiated without prior contact with support may result in:

  • Suspension of services

  • Account and transaction review

  • Submission of supporting documentation to payment processors

We reserve the right to dispute invalid chargebacks and recover related costs where legally permitted.

8. Fraud, Abuse, and Misuse

Refund requests found to be fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of this policy may be denied. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to services in such cases.
